Calendar
Visualize your trading performance over time with daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views that color-code your P&L.
Calendar View Options
The Calendar page offers three different view modes to analyze your trading activity:

| Daily | Shows each trading day (Monday-Friday) with P&L, positions, and trades | Reviewing recent trading activity day by day |
| Weekly | Shows each week as a card with total P&L, trading days, positions, and trades | Identifying weekly patterns and consistency |
| Monthly | Shows each month as a card for the entire year with P&L and summary stats | Long-term performance tracking at a glance |
Switch between views using the toggle buttons at the top of the page.
Color Coding System
Each day is color-coded based on your net P&L for that day:
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Profitable day (positive P&L) |
| Red | Losing day (negative P&L) |
| Gray | Breakeven or no trading activity |
Toggle between Net and Gross P&L to see how commissions impact your daily results.
Navigation Controls
Moving Between Periods
Use the navigation controls to browse different time periods:
- Previous/Next arrows: Move backward or forward by the current view increment
- Date selector: Jump directly to a specific month (Daily view), quarter (Weekly view), or year (Monthly view)
Day Details Modal
Click on any day/week/month in the calendar to open a details modal showing:
Summary Section
- Total P&L for the period
- Number of positions
- Number of trades
Trade List
A list of all positions from that period with:
- Exit date and time
- Symbol and side (Long/Short)
- Entry and exit prices
- Duration
- Individual P&L
- Button to view full position details or add a journal entry
View-Specific Statistics
Each view shows summary statistics at the bottom of the page:
Daily View Stats
Shows monthly totals: P&L, average daily P&L, trading days, and percentage of profitable days.
You can also toggle on "Weekly Totals" to see weekly summary rows within the daily grid.
Weekly View Stats
Shows quarterly or yearly totals depending on your selection: P&L, number of weeks, trading days, total trades, and percentage of profitable weeks.
Monthly View Stats
Shows yearly totals: P&L, average monthly P&L, trading days, total trades, and percentage of profitable months.
Filtering and Customization
Like all TiltedTrades pages, the Calendar respects your global filters:
- Broker filters: View only specific brokers or accounts
- Net/Gross toggle: Switch between net and gross P&L
- FIFO/Positional: Change trade matching method
These filters update the calendar in real-time without requiring a page refresh.
Tips for Using the Calendar
Use the monthly view to spot patterns in your trading. Are certain days of the week consistently profitable? Do you tend to trade better earlier or later in the month?
A successful trader isn't necessarily one who never has red days, but one who has more green than red. Use the calendar to visualize your consistency over time.
Switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views to get different perspectives on your trading. The Daily view shows granular day-to-day performance, while Monthly gives you a bird's eye view of the entire year.
